I bet we all know Jamo and Caro, the social media managers at telecommunication company, Airtel. The two bring all the fun there is while replying to their customers on Twitter and Facebook.

From Gifs to funny memes and brainy replies - there is absolutely no predicting how Airtel will reply to you when you contact them on social media.

So on Monday, Airtel raided a tweet posted by Safaricom CEO Bob Collymore and it was the most hilarious thing on the internet.

Mr. Collymore came bearing good news for his customers concerning Bonga points.

"You spoke, we listened. Get up to 1 GB of data with 1,000 Bonga Points. Dial *444*11# to check out our new amazing Bonga Bundles offer ,” Safaricom’s CEO posted on his official Twitter handle.

A section of Kenyans did not think there was anything good with the news and went on to bash Mr. Collymore stating that Airtel was the Better Option.

Immediately Airtel was mentioned, it seized the opportunity to engage netizens and seemingly peed all over what Safaricom believes is a step towards great customer service.
