Roselinda reported the incident to the police, saying she had visited their 13-year old son on Tuesday but the visit did not go well and resulted in both her and the son being evicted at around 7pm.
Francis, however, explained that Roselinda was being disrespectful and that he had only allowed her limited time to visit their son.
He added that he had allowed her to see her son for the day but she wanted to spend the night which he did not agree with.

Last week, the COTU boss said she had “released Roselinda to politics” during an interview with popular journalist Jeff Koinange.
A few days after the interview, a telephone recording, seemingly recorded from Roselinda’s end, captured the couple quarrelling over the decision by Francis’ wife to venture into politics.
Francis, who is openly polygamous, was heard telling her that he would have to evict her from their matrimonial home is she insisted on pursuing a political career.
It is not clear when the telephone call was recorded, although Roselinda unsuccessfully sought the Webuye West parliamentary seat in last year’s General Election.

She now says she is seeking the help of Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) to get justice for herself and her two children with the veteran trade unionist.
