Why Kenya’s biggest blogger Cyprian Nyakundi has been locked out of Twitter

Nyakundi suspended, here are the full details of what he did

On Monday afternoon, Nyakundi tweeted an embarrassing photo of a top boss at a popular media company, who was in a rather compromising situation with two women.

The tweet elicited a furore on social media and later on in the night Nyakundi added more fuel to the fire by posting more photos of the man.

However, this did not go well for the blogger who describes himself as the Boy child President as his account was suspended by Twitter.

Nyakundi is on record unleashing  that have rattled high ranking Government officials and businessmen in the country.

He has been arrested and taken to court by several leaders including Interior and Coordination Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang’i.

Though his strategy of bringing to light corruption cases and moral decay among leaders has been questioned, Nyakundi is hailed by a section of his followers for being bold enough to do the unthinkable.

Some of his loyal fans have now staged a campaign under the hashtag #BringBackNyakundi to protest against his suspension from Twitter.

However, some have lauded the action taken against Nyakundi.
