The killer disease Kenyans are living with but are unaware

Most Kenyans are experiencing difficulty in maintaining healthy eating habits unknown to them the dangers this might pose to their lives.

According to world statistics from the International Diabetes Federation, approximately 700, 000 Kenyans are living with diabetes but only 150, 000 know their health status and are taking required actions to reverse the adverse effects.

The above statistics display the dangers Kenyans are exposed to, especially those who are affected and unaware.
