The cause of the Dandora Tuesday night inferno is not yet established even as police launch probe.
Police said they were informed of the incident Wednesday morning as the remains of the three were taken to a city mortuary.
The latest deaths come barely a day after a man, his wife, and five children died in a similar way at their house in Kiminini constituency, Trans Nzoia.
Police suspect the man, Absolom Kitaka, started the fire at the house in Toll village.
"We managed to break the door but it was too late. We found the mother's body on the floor. The children were under the bed and the man's body was in a separate room," said neighbor Jospa Nandasaba.
Nandasaba said they heard the children screaming at about 11 pm on Monday night.
"The couple had been fighting frequently. When we arrived, the house was covered in smoke and the doors and windows had been locked."
