Former MP dies of heart attack

The former legislator lost the Jubilee Party primaries in April this year after serving as an MP from 2013-2017.

He is reported to have passed on last night at a Nairobi hospital.

Keter,60, defied the United Republican Party wave and represented Belgut Constituency as their MP from 2013-2017 on a KANU ticket.

However, he switched parties and unsuccessfully lost the Jubilee Party primaries in April this year to Nelson Koech whom he trounced in the parliamentary contest in 2013.
