The viral letter that is doing rounds on social media purported that the Secretary General has resigned from the party.
Addressing the press in Parliament on Wednesday, October 11, Osotsi called on the National Super Alliance (NASA) supporters to ignore what he terms “propaganda to confuse Kenyans at this crunch political times.”
“We have seen this many times when our opponents try to malign our names through propaganda just to see NASA has collapsed. I am firmly in NASA,” said Osotsi.
He added that even his party leader, Musalia Mudavadi, has fallen victim of similar fake letters that have been crafted in the past to disrupt the unity of the opposition coalition.
“As NASA we will not be distracted by such fake letters by our opponents. We are solidly together and what we are doing now is waiting the decision from IEBC on the way forward as regards to the October 26 repeat poll. Anything else is sideshows and we shall not engage in,” he added.
