ODM MP to resign if Raila is not sworn in as president

He has given an ultimatum.

“I will resign as MP if NASA leader Raila Odinga is not sworn in (as president) within two weeks.”  The Nyando MP threatened.

Okello’s sentiments come after Odinga affirmed that he will be sworn in on Sunday in Kilifi County after inaugurating the People’s Assembly,

"I am going to carry the Bible. Nobody will stop me from carrying the Bible. We have held ourselves back in the last few days in the hope that some kind of common will, will prevail, but we are not going to be patient forever. Anybody who does not see that we are at a tipping point does not live in Kenya.” The Opposition leader said.
