20 rushed to Hospital, scores injured at Madaraka Day Celebration

This comes hours after another stampede was reported the Morning

It’s reported those who have been injured were following the Madaraka celebrations while on top of a tree outside the stadium after they missed seating spaces which were filled up by 6am.

Reports reaching Pulselive.co.ke indicates that 20 people were rushed to hospital after the incident.

Others who were using the tree as a shade, as seen in the video which was circulated online, were also injured.

Security barred people from entering once it filled up with the Imenti North MP Rahim Dawood promising to allow people in once the parade was over but that never happened.
