According to the Ministry’s spokesperson, Monica Kimani never worked at the Kenyan Embassy in Juba or any of the ministry’s institutions and they have never had such a person in their staff.

The Foreign Affairs Ministry’s statement came after earlier reports claimed she worked at the Kenyan Diplomatic Mission in Juba and she had connections with influential South Sudanese Government officials.

Business person

Monica Kimani was brutally murdered shortly after she landed in Kenya from South Sudan and so far one suspect Joe Irungu has been arrested in connection with her killing.
