Why PSVs will not be allowed in town tomorrow

This comes amidst plans to decongest the city

“The Nairobi county government will from tomorrow (Monday) only allow 2 PSV vehicles per sacco into the CBD with each vehicle only be granted five minutes in the allocated slots to drop and pick passengers,” read a tweet from Ma3Route.
