Another Citizen TV journalist quits for State House job

She joins Kanze Dena who left to become State House spokesperson

PDU is headed by President Uhuru Kenyatta’s Chief of Staff, Nzioka Waita, and is a central part of the President’s Big Four Agenda.

Warui is the second journalist to leave Citizen TV for a State House job, after Kanze Dena left to become the head of the Presidential Strategic Communications Unit (PSCU).

The business journalist was one of the most promising talents at Citizen TV, with an eye for details, and exclusive stories to her name.

She previously worked for the Kenyatta family owned station - K24.
