Chief Kadhi issues new announcement over Presidential petition
The ruling is expected at 11 am.
In his address to the media, Mr Muhdhar has said that he has high expectation in the seven judges to be impartial.
The new announcement comes barely an hour after the Registrar of the Supreme Court revealed that the highly awaited ruling by the Supreme Court will be made at 11 am.
The Supreme Court judges will decide whether to uphold President Uhuru Kenyatta’s re-election or order a fresh election within 60 days.
NASA leader Raila Odinga on Thursday asked Kenyans to maintain peace during and after the highly anticipated ruling on his election petition challenging President Uhuru Kenyatta's win after the August 8 elections.
Meanwhile, security has already been beefed up at Supreme Court building and its environs, ahead of the judgement.
