How Raila spent Christmas day (Photos)

Through his twitter account, Odinga shared photos while he spent time with his grandchildren.

In one of the photos, the Opposition leader was jovial as one his grandchildren showed him some art work in what looked like a museum.

Christmas Message

On his Christmas day message to Kenyans, Odinga commended Kenyans for their patience noting that it would soon yield results.

"As we celebrate Christmas and prepare to usher in the new year I would also like to assure you that although things may seem dark, 'The darkest hour is always just before the dawn' and the patience Kenyans have exercised thus far will shortly yield results as our plans are complete and our resolve very steady," part of the statement read.
