Blow to NASA after government's new announcement

This means NASA may not swear in Raila

The Nairobi county government has warned NASA that action will be taken against them if they went ahead to hold the ceremony at grounds.

This action comes barely a day after president Uhuru invited the NASA principle to his swearing in scheduled on the same day.

NASA had said that they would swear in Raila Odinga as president. Raila Odinga stated that he didn’t not recognize the Uhuru Kenyatta as president.

The Supreme Court upheld the October 26 election which NASA boycotted. Raila poked holes at the IEBC saying that the institution was not ready to hold a credible election.
