Anxiety as Wafula Chebukati is sued at Last Minute

More confusion 1 day to repeat polls

The three identified as Khalef Khalifa, Samuel Mohochi and Gacheke Gachuhi claim that the electoral commission is divided and cannot guarantee a fair and credible poll.

The voters are suing IEBC and its Chair Wafula Chebukati for what is termed as serving Partisan interests.

The file has been taken to Supreme Court Register Esther Nyaiyaki, who will give directions on the case.

However due to the Public Holiday declared by the Government on 25 and 26 October, 2017 the Court has said there will be not sitting to listen to filed cases.
