In a report by the Standard, Ronald Kidero said that ERC officials put caution measures around his petrol station, indicating that there will be no activities taking place, despite having a court order stopping them.
Ron’s woes started last week when he was arrested for allegedly selling adulterated fuel at a petrol station he owns in Ridgeways, but he denied the charges and was released on Sh100, 000 cash bail.
Accused
The prosecution claimed that the storage tanks containing the adulterated fuel had 14,000 and 28,000 litres of petrol and motor vehicle gasoline respectively.
The case will be heard on September 4.
