The Supreme Court of Kenya has decline to hear a petition filed by three counties against the Building Bridges Initiative Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill 2020.

According the Court, there is a similar petition which is pending before the High Court.

The petition was filed by Nandi, Kericho and Makueni Counties.
