Uhuru almost in tears as Museveni apologises [VIDEO]

Museveni to Uhuru

Mr. Kenyatta was left in stitches after Uganda President Yoweri Museveni moved to the podium to apologise to the invited delegates concerning the poor services they had been treated to.

A visibly angry Museveni lectured the Ugandan official responsible for organizing the Summit accusing them of crowding the visitors inside a small conference hall for the summit.

“I am very sorry about your suffering. I can see you are all sweating and this is because of the poor organization of our Ugandan group.

"The hall is determined to inconvenience our visitors I don’t know for what reason. And they have made sure that the air-conditioning does not work,” he said.

In a video shared by NTV Uganda, Mr. Museveni is heard issuing a stern warning to the officials stating that he would not accept such conduct.

“This will be the last time I will tolerate these Ugandan officials, who habitually inconvenience our visitors,” Museveni said throwing President Kenyatta into a fit of laughter.
