Meru Senator Mithika Linturi was on Wednesday embarrassed by his estranged wife Maryanne Kitany who claimed the senator was very poor in bed.

The claim which was made through an affidavit presented in court, was alleged to be the reason behind the problems facing the marriage between the two.

Kitanyi further stated that Linturi would give excuses of exhaustion and sickness.

“Linturi was unable to rise to the occasion in the bedroom on several occasions, claiming exhaustion, sickness, but for most of the part he simply could not,” read a part of the affidavit.

Kitany denied conjugal rights

In December 2018, she exposed the embattled Linturi for denying her conjugal rights.

In the divorce papers filed in court, Kitany pointed out that Senator Linturi never provided companionship and caused her mental anguish.

The papers noted that Linturi frequently deserted their matrimonial home with him reportedly doing so on five different occasions for a period ranging between two weeks to six months.
