Miguna told Kenyans that he will be back in the country on September 4, 2018.
"For the cowards with low self-esteem celebrating the fact that and destroyed my valid Kenyan passport and my house, abducted, detained and tortured me before forcefully removing me, mark this in PERMANENT INK: I am coming back after September 4th. Viva!" he tweeted.
The Canadian-based lawyer was deported after he took part in the swearing-in of NASA leader Raila Odinga.
The Government claimed that Miguna relinquished his Citizenship in 1987 when he sought asylum in Canada.
However, the outspoken dismissed the allegations and successfully defended himself in court where several orders were issued favoring him.
Nonetheless, the Government has remained adamant to obey any of the orders which include giving back Miguna his confiscated passport in a usable state.
The State was also instructed to make sure that Mr. Miguna was presented in court to face the full hearing but in March he was barred from entering the country and remained detained at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA).
