In a post on his Facebook account, Kuria claimed that the real report will be released under wraps by the committee which collected views.
"I strongly suspect that what was released today was a Bonoko report," Kuria stated.
"The actual one is the one that will be released by the Committee of Quacks that will be formed to 'refine' the draft. Stay woke, good people," he added.
The MP also stated that he was opposed to the committee of experts which had been formed adding that he supported the BBI.
Event not inclusive- tanga tanga
"Much as I strongly support the BBI report, I will vehemently oppose the formation of a committee of experts," Kuria said.
Earlier on, the MP had taken a swipe at the BBI launch at Bomas terming the event which was attended by the President an "ODM National Convention".
His sentiments were also supported by leaders allied to the tang tanga faction who criticized the event for not being inclusive.
Kipchumba Murkomen accused ODM legislator Junet Mohammed of bias, terming most of the speakers as expressing insincere sentiments.
He was heckled when he said the Tanga Tanga team allied to Deputy President William Ruto had been sidelined.
