Pastor causes drama at Supreme court over presidential petition

The Supreme Court is set for a major meeting tomorrow night

Drama ensued at the Supreme Court Friday when a pastor was ejected out of the arena by rowdy men.

The preacher, who is understood to be from Nairobi’s Repentance and Holiness Church, came to offer prayers for the ongoing petition was cut short by police officers manning the premise.

“We love prayers, but not at this time please,” one guard shouted at the preacher, ordering him to quit the area.

Earlier, the Raila Odinga led ODM MPs elect had planned to stage mega demos to “add a voice to the already filed petition at the Maraga led Supreme Court’’.

As at Friday afternoon, the NASA team led by senior Counsel and Siaya Senator elect has said that the team has already respondent to the IEBC and Uhuru Kenyatta.

“We have a bombshell. Looking at it from the trial, we will actually demonstrate that there were so many flaws. Majority of the documents from the IEBC are fake as they do not have security features. So we are ready to go,” Mr Orengo said.

He has insisted that the IEBC should allow the NASA legal team to evaluate the servers. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court pre-conference is set for tomorrow night.
