Kajwang’ took to Facebook to share the sad news, describing the deceased as a strong-willed woman who defied all odds to raise a family and see her sons succeed in life.
"A matriarch has fallen! You are in the safest place, where your body shall pain no more. May heaven welcome you Mama. It is well madam teacher," stated the Senator.
Former Prime minister Raila Odinga led the party supporters and Kenyans at large in condoling with the family.
