Uhuru's former legal advisor shames Jubilee over Miguna saga

"This saga and arrogant characters are doing untold damage to our institutions."

"Just watched Mr Tuju state on that the Judge in the Miguna case discovered he could "not arrest the IG"... a most unfortunate statement !! This saga and its litany of arrogant characters are doing untold damage to our institutions," he stated.

Abdikadir Mohamed is the former Mandera Central MP, former legal advisor to the State House. He rejected a post as ambassador to South Korean personal grounds.

The Harvard trained lawyer also served on the Parliament Select Committee on the Constitution which birthed the 2010 constitution.

This is due to the unceremonious deportation of self proclaimed general of the National Revolutionary Movement Miguna Miguna.

Earlier in February, Miguna had been detained incommunicado for days before finally being "stripped" of his Kenyan citizenship then flown back to Canada.

Miguna attempted re-entry into the country on Tuesday but was blocked from any entry into Kenya by the police.

Intervention by opposition leader Raila Odinga, human rights groups and Miguna's lawyers bore no fruit as Miguna was put on a plane to Dubai on Thursday.

The government's continued defiance of court orders has led to a lot of criticism.
