Ms Musangi announced that Somoina Kimojino will take over as the managing director of Capitak Group - in an acting capacity.

Kimojino has previously served as the Director of Programs at the Kirubi-owned media house and has also been credited for the success of Koroga Festival.

“She (Kimojino) is credited for steering the Koroga dream to what it is today."

“Somoina brings to this position a wealth of experience in planning, execution, stakeholder engagement and in creating valuable partnerships. She is passionate about the Capital Group brand and is keen to continue to be associated with its successes," Musangi, who is also a director at Capital Group, stated.

Chris Kirubi has previously served as the face of Capital Group but has taken a low profile since November 2017 as he battles ill health.
