Jubilee MP wants CS Rotich sacked over 'killing' his libido

The MP also blamed the CS's action which he said contributed to the hampering of the sexual prowess of young people in Kenya.

According to The Standard, The MP blamed the CS for the influx of contaminated sugar that has flooded the Kenyan market which according to him has also hampered the sexual prowess of young people in Kenya.

“To restore the natural libido for many Kenyans including young people who have significantly been affected by the poisonous and cancerous sugar, Rotich must go!” the legislator stated during a press briefing in Parliament.

He added that his plans to have a big family were ruined by effects of sugar, leaving him with only two children.

“Hii sukari tangu niache kutumia sasa mama anasema mambo iko sawa sawa,” said Barasa.

Incompetence

Mr Barasa also blamed Rotich for sleeping on his job by not ensuring that those licensed to import sugar only imported the amount the were required to import.

Rotich along with his Agriculture counterpart Mwangi Kiunjuri were summoned to answer questions before the joint parliamentary committee probing the importation of contraband sugar into the country.

However, the CS defended himself absolving himself and his ministry from any wrong-doing saying the duty-free window he opened did not okay the importation of sub-standard sugar.
