I have Sh100 million for you - Ruto tells Nyanza MP

Ruto toured Nyanza region on Monday with development goodies

Deputy President William Ruto with Migori Governor Okoth Obado in Migori on Monday

Ruto, who is in Nyanza, the backyard of his political nemesis Raila Odinga, toured the region with bundle of development goodies.

“Look for me because I have Sh100 million for a technical college in your constituency,” said Ruto.

The DP, further announced a whooping Sh1.2 billion that has been allocated for phase two of the Last Mile project.

He also promised construction of four new technical colleges in the region at a cost of Sh100 million each as one of his key development agenda pointed out by Jubilee administration.

It was only the embattled Migori Governor Okoth Obado, former Nyatike MP Edick Anyanga, and two MPs from Mathais Robi who accompanied the DP, yet they did not address the meeting.

The tour came three days after the DP hosted Raila Odinga, and President Uhuru Kenyatta at his Karen home in Nairobi County.
