Shindwe! DP Ruto tweets fiery message then deletes it shortly after

The DP is not in a good mood today!

In the controversial tweet, Ruto hit out at some of his critics as being inspired by the devil, claiming that God was on his side.

“Those running ‘injili ya shetani’ that unless your father was a minister, a vice president or a president however hard you work you must remain poor and if not a pauper you must be corrupt and have stolen. They must know that those without godfathers we have GOD the father. Shidwe,” the DP posted on Twitter.

The tweet was shortly after pulled down but Pulselive.co.ke had already preserved it through a screenshot.

The post appeared shortly after an equally terse tweet where he appeared to have been responding to the Ipsos poll that ranked him as the most corrupt Kenya – in the perception of Kenyans.

“When my competitors are through with(mon-sun)sponsored headlines, paid opinion polls & fake news they are welcome to the real contest based on real mwananchi issues SGR, roads, connecting people to electricity, equipping our hospital &Tivets and matters water. Nawangojea huko,” he said.
