The question Jubilee MP asked Supreme Court just before his death

The Supreme Court judge conspicuously missed the detailed judgement at the Supreme Court

Mr Kuria through his Facebook account on Friday said that the late questioned Justice Smoking Wanjala’s absence just moments before he died on Wednesday.

“Why should Justice Smokin Wanjala be travelling outside the country on such a historic date? Mimi nimeenda,” the late paused in a WhatsApp message.

The late Jubilee allied politician posed a question in the ‘Mbele iko Sawa’ group asking why the judge of the Supreme Court would miss such a historic day.

“Dear Justice Smokin Wanjala. Please find the highlighted question by the late Bomachoge MP Joel Onyancha in our Mbele Iko Sawa Whatsapp group moments before he died of what is believed to be a heart attack. For your conscience you may want to respond posthumously to the entire nation. RIP Hon Joel Onyancha,” Moses Kuria posted.

Justice Smokin Wanjala was missing during the reading of the full judgement of the Supreme Court, a move the CJ David Maraga said that he was out of the country on official duty.

Moses Kuria took to his Facebook to put a screen shot of the former Bomachoge Borabu MP’s post. He asked Justice Smoking Wanjala to at the very least answer Mr Joel Onyancha posthumously.
