The video was recorded two days after a case challenging Waiguru’s election as governor was dismissed.
The dismissal of the petition, which had been filed by NARC Kenya party leader Martha Karua, appears to have left Waiguru in a blissful mood as let go her seemingly serious look and engaged in a gig with senior members of her administration.
The dance was recorded at the event where Waiguru's cabinet members, County Officers and directors were inducted on the running of the new administration.

Waiguru is one of the three women governors in Kenya and is a key member of the Jubilee Women League.
