Judge Aggrey Mchelule ruled that Mutua was validly elected as Governor during the August 8 election, adding that Ndeti's claims of electoral malpractices were not supported by sufficient evidence.
Ndeti was represented by a high-level legal team of nine lawyers under the leadership of Otiende Amollo.
