“Next week, we are moving to court and after that, we call on Kenyans to come to street demand their rights,” Osotsi said.

Meanwhile, a section of MPs are demanding a complete overhaul of the Parliamentary leadership and are seeking the removal of Speaker Justin Muturi, Majority Leader Aden Duale and Minority Leader John Mbadi.

Led by Mwingi West MP Charles Nguna, the MPs accused the three of conspiring with the executive to ensure that President Kenyatta’s memorandum sailed through without any amendment.

Aden Duale admitted that he used tricks during the chaotic Thursday session that saw the controversial Finance Bill 2018 passed in parliament.
