DP Ruto's meeting with NASA Governor raises eyebrows (Photos)
The DP met the NASA Governor on Tuesday evening.

Ruto tweeted that he had met Khaemba to discuss issuance of title deeds and relocation of government facilities to facilitate expansion of Kitale.
"Held talks with Trans Nzoia Governor Patrick Khaemba on issuance of title deeds to residents, relocating Government facilities to allow expansion of Kitale town and improving of health infrastructure. This will ensure better service, attract investment and advance local economy," a tweet by the DP read.
However, a section of the public read mischief in the meeting once the DP mentioned 'title deeds' with some joking that land had already been grabbed.

Ruto was linked to grabbing of public land to build Weston Hotel, which is located opposite Wilson airport, claims he refuted.
Others commended the DP for meeting an Opposition Governor stating that this would ensure good coordination with the National government.
Another section claimed that the Governor had shifted allegiance by meeting the DP.
