Raila’s tweet that has left Kenyans confused

Mr Odinga on Thursday castigated CS Matiang'i after he attacked Judges.

Many have questioned the Nasa leader whether the assembly is similar to the banned People’s Assembly, especially after the infamous handshake with President Uhuru Kenyatta early march.

Mr Odinga failed to divulge more details about the meeting but said it was successful as he engaged the youth on the current political situation in the country.

“I had an interactive session with members of the Peoples Parliament whose membership is drawn from all the counties.

“We exchanged views on the current events in our nation and they have pledged their full support for the next steps ahead as a nation,” Mr Odinga said.

Outrightly, most tweeps gathered that the meeting might have been that of the people’s assembly which Economist and Nasa strategist David Ndii announce its suspension, nearly two days after the truce between Uhuru Kenyatta and Mr Odinga at Harambee House.

“Didn’t David Ndii dissolve these shenanigans with your blessings? What was the whole point of Uhuru-Raila and the MOST talked about handshake if you still need to run around with your rag-tag NRM?” posed @youthfull.
