Outline of Raila's government after his swearing in

Through his weekly show dubbed “The 5 Estate”, Ngunyi’ who has been a critic of Odinga stated that “Raila should take the oath tomorrow then he should go ahead and form a government in exile.”

The analyst led his team drawn from Fort Hall School of Government in advising Raila, with the team holding the view that Ida Odinga should also take an oath as the people’s first lady along with Raila.

Noting that every president deserves an army, the tam advised that Raila “should establish a peoples’army”.

The NASA boss was also advised to put in place is a Peoples’ KRA or KRA-B to oversee the collection of taxes in his administration.

To complete his administration, Ngunyi’s team advised the opposition chief to appoint envoys to represent his government all over the world including in Kenya.

With the people’s army, people’s first lady and people’s ambassadors and people’s KRA in place, he would be good to go.

With pressure mounting on him to call off the swearing in event planned for 30 January, the NASA leader hinted at forming a government in exile early this week.
