According to a statement given by State Department spokesman Steve Goldstein, Secretary Tillerson is not feeling well after long days of working on major issues back in the US.
"The secretary is not feeling well after a long couple days working on major issues back home such as North Korea and has canceled his events for the day," said Steve Goldstein.
The US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson landed in Kenya on Friday for a four-day state visit where he was scheduled to meet with President Uhuru Kenyatta and other senior ranking government officials for bilateral talks.

During his visit, Tillerson was also expected to hold talks on continued support for the democratic process in Kenya, refugee issues, and press freedom.
