Baringo senator Gideon Moi has also been making inroads into the Rift Valley vote block aided by Jubilee party rebel MPs.

During today’s visit, Ruto is expected to launch different projects in the county before addressing a rally at Silibwet stadium.

This will be the first time that the DP will be in the county after the hotly contested presidential elections.
