ODM Politician dies Abroad

Sad day

Seif Kajembe, who ran on an Orange Party ticket for the Jomvu Parliamentary seat in 2013, passed away at 3 am.

Mr. Kajembe had kidney problems and at the hospital for the last two weeks before he died.

He is the son of seasoned Mombasa politician and former Changamwe MP Ramadhan Kajembe.

Ramadhan was grooming his late son to enter into politic and had asked him to vie for the Jomvu seat in 2013.However, he lost to the current Jomvu Member of Parliament Badi Twalib

In the 2017 General Election, the young Kajembe could not contest for the Parliamentary seat due to the kidney problem.

His untimely death was a shock to many with Kenyans on social media sending condolences to the family.
