Raila Odinga has maintained that the journey to Canaan is still valid.

Speaking to the press shortly after what he termed a historic judicial win, Raila has urged his supporters to be hopeful of the ‘Promised Journey to Canaan.’
“NASA has no faith in IEBC as currently constituted; terms Supreme Court verdict victory ‘triumph for the people of Kenya,” Raila has said.
He added: “I feel that the integrity of the Supreme Court has been reestablished. This is precedent set of the ruling. We thank our lawyers for the good work they have done tirelessly.”
On Friday, the Supreme Court annulled the reelection of President Uhuru Kenyatta and ordered for a fresh election in 60 days.
The six judge bench ruled that the first respondent (IEBC) failed to follow the elections rules and regulations in the August 8 exercise.
The IEBC had declared incumbent President Uhuru Kenyatta the winner of last month's election for having got 8.2 million votes, against Raila Odinga who had 6.7 million votes.
But the Opposition candidate Raila Odinga claimed that the commission's IT system had been hacked to manipulate the results.
