Joho sets new record as Team Embrace take Mombasa by storm [Photos]

Team Embrace landed at the Coastal city of Mombasa in style with their host governor Ali Hassan Joho on hand to receive them.

The team took the city by storm in their bright white and pink dressesas their convoy snaked its way to the historic Tononoka ground where they addressed thousands of Kenyans who had assembled there.

Joho, accompanied by Mvita MP Abdulswamad Sharif Nassir became the first male governor to attend a team embrace rally.

The team has been touring several parts of the country, promoting national unity and cohesion under the handshake deal between President Uhuru Kenyatta and opposition chief Raila Odinga.

Also in attendanc were several leaders including Governors Charity Ngilu (Kitui) Anne Waiguru (Kirinyaga) Woman Representatives Esther Pasaris (Nairobi) Gladys Wanga (Homabay), Sabina Chege (Murang'a), Beatrice Elachi among other MPs.
