Security officials were forced into action and protect Judge Daniel Ogola after he nullified election of Emanikor over irregularities after the crowd turned rowdy soon after the ruling.
The angry crowd could be seen screaming outside the court building as the security officials stood guard at the room where the judge was alleged to have been locked up.
The petition had been filed by ODM's Pauline Lokuruka.
Judge Ogola in his ruling also fined IEBC with Sh4 million as costs of the petition to be shared by the Ms Lokuruka and Ms Emanikor.

Emanikor was among the Jubilee legislators who were chosen to be members of the powerful house business committee among MPs Amos Kimunya, Shadrack Mose and Kawira Mwangaza.
