President Uhuru Kenyatta is set to make major changes in his Government, in coming weeks.
In a report by Standard, the changes will involve top levels in government and may also see a Cabinet reshuffle that may affect up to six Cabinet Secretaries.

In the report, Jubilee Party vice chairperson David Murathe who spoke to the daily confirmed that plans for a reshuffle were underway.
“I can assure you the President is going to be ruthless,” The Standard quoted the Jubilee Vice Chairperson.
The report further stated that President Uhuru Kenyatta has been considering the cabinet changes in the fight against corruption and to help secure his legacy.
This comes a few days after Uhuru vowed to do all that is within his power to stump out corruption in government.
Speaking during the Jamhuri Day celebration at Nyayo Stadium, President Kenyatta promised to stop at nothing to see that Kenya is a graft free nation.
“All arms of Government must work together to ensure our nation gets rid of this menace. To those engaging in fraud and abuse of office, please listen to me keenly, you can run but you cannot hide,” said President Uhuru Kenyatta.
