NASA's next move after losing to Jubilee

These are their options...

Before the announcement was made however, NASA leaders had stormed out of a meeting with IEBC earlier on in the day, saying that the electoral body had not addressed any of their concerns adequately.

Speaking to the media at the Bomas of Kenya, Siaya senator James Orengo stated that they would only concede defeat if they are granted access to the IEBC servers.

"We can only accept results of the election if IEBC opens servers and are satisfied that what is in it is correct," he said.

Orengo made it clear that going to court to contest the results was definitely not an option for them this time round which leaves them with these options:

1. Opt to remain silent and let their supporters speak out for them - public court.

2. Insist that the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission listen to their demands to gain access to the IEBC servers.
