ODM MP involved in road accident

An Orange Democratic Movement party Member of Parliament was involved in a road accident on Sunday evening.

Rongo MP Paul Abuor escaped without injuries after his vehicle rolled several times along Rongo-Kisii-Nairobi highway.

According to the ODM party, the driver of the vehicle lost control and rolled severally on the road. 

"We thank the Lord for sparing the life of the MP and his aides," part of the statement by ODM read.

The MP who spoke on Monday assured his constituents that he was fine after the Sunday evening accident.

Abuor said all the vehicle occupants underwent a medical check-up at a Nairobi hospital and were confirmed to be out of danger.
