Why “Satan is the number one trend on Twitter

Kenyans on Twitter on Friday reacted angrily to claims by two gospel artistes, DK Kwenye Beat and Hope Kid, that they were caught up in a threesome sexual scandal through the work of Satan.

The allegation was made while issuing an apology following accusations that DK Kwenye Beat infected a Nakuru woman with a HPV – a sexually transmitted Infection.

However, most of those who commented were not fully convinced by the apology and accused the two musicians of using Satan as an excuse for their mistakes.

By Friday noon, Satan had become the number one trending topic on Twitter, with thousands of comments on the issue.
