On Friday, the apex court ordered IEBC to conduct a fresh poll.
According to the Supreme Court judges, Mr Kolosh was not the validly elected winner due to irregularities at the Qara polling station.
“Election of Wajir West was not done in accordance with the law. Judgement of the court of appeal is hereby set aside,” the judges ruled.
However the bench upheld the victory of Eldama Ravine MP Moses Lessonet and his Luanda counterpart Christopher Omulele.
The highest court in the land also okayed the election of Marakwet lawmaker Bowen Kagongo dismissing the petition that was filed against his election.
"The Court of Appeal had jurisdiction to hear the appeal. We find no basis that the court acted in excess of its jurisdiction,” the court ruled in the Sammy Kemboi Kipkeu vs.Bowen David Kagongo suit.
Gatundu North legislator, Annie Wanjiku Kibe also celebrated after the apex court judges upheld declared she was validly elected.
Another election which the court declared valid, was the election of Lamu Senator Anwar Loitiptip which the bench said was conducted in accordance with the law.
