A 65-year old ex-Kenya Defence Forces officer was brutally murdered by suspected members of Gaza gang.

Samson Kamau left his home at around 4pm on Wednesday to Mukuyu, only to be killed by the notorious gang.

His wife Margret Wambui, said that her husband was attacked and killed by a gang of five as he waited for a boda boda rider to take him home.

Criminals

One suspect was reportedly arrested while the other four escaped.

According to reports, the suspect in custody named his accomplices and also told police how the gang had been terrorizing locals.

Residents stated that members of the gang had taken over Mukuyu, Mjini, Mumbi and Maragi villages where they robbed, maimed and stole from innocent residents and business people.

12 members of the criminal gang were charged in court for being members of an outlawed group in 2018 but they were eventually released by a Murang’a court for lack of evidence.
