Lawyer, 4 others in court over alleged forceful entrance of 1004 estate
Five men have been docked over a three-count charge of conspiracy, forceful entrance and breach of peace.

Ademiluyi, 47, was charged alongside four others, Bosun Sosanya, 47; Tayo Soetan, 59; Friday Alika, 48, and Abubakar Audu, 26.
The accused persons are standing trial on a three-count charge of conspiracy, forceful entrance and breach of peace at an Igbosere Magistrates’ Court, Lagos.
The prosecutor, Insp. Ingobo Emby, told the court that the accused and others still at large, committed the offences on Dec. 5, 2015, at 1004 Estate, Victoria Island, Lagos.
He said that the accused, with intent to break down law and order, conducted themselves in a manner likely to cause a breach of the peace.
The prosecutor alleged that the accused persons unlawfully entered the office of the managing director of 1004 Estate, Mr Samuel Ukpong.
Emby said that the accused forcefully took over the management of the Estate from Ukpong.
He said that the conduct of the accused disrupted the smooth administration of the estate.
According to the prosecutor, the offences contravened Sections 52, 166 (D) (B) and 411 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.
However, the accused denied the charge.
The Magistrate, W. B. Balogun, granted the accused persons N 5 million bail each, with one surety each in like sum.
Balogun said that the surety must be tax compliant, must work in a reputable company and the address of the surety verified.
Ademiluyi was, however, granted bail in self recognition.
The Magistrate adjourned the case till April 20, for mention.
