Michael Kahoro, went on rampaged after he was sentenced and stabbed a court staff including the Nakuru court magistrate.
Shortly after Kahoro was sentenced to three years in jail, by magistrate, Eunice Kelly Kahoro decided to wreak havoc and create disturbances to the rather quiet and peaceful court.
Michael Kahoro, was facing assault charges after he had been accused of assaulting a Nakuru resident named, Edith Adhiambo on an unknown date.
A witness told the star that Kahoro remained silent for a few minutes after he was sentenced before taking a screw driver out of his pocket and stabbing the complainant in the neck.
"After stabbing Adhiambo, Kahoro jumped towards the magistrate and stabbed her in the hand," the witness said.
"When marshals tried to bring the court to order, Kahoro stabbed one of them in the hand and ran out."
After he had stabbed Hon, Eunice Kelly, the suspect also pounced upon the complainant and stabbed her six times.
According to witnesses, after Kahoro tooked the law on his hands and assaulted the magistrate and the witnessed for the second time he then ran out, but he was overpowered outside the court and taken to Central police station.
The complainant, Edith Adhiambo was later treated at the Mediheal Hospital and is said to be in stable condition, while the magistrate who was taken to Aga Khan Hospital in Nakuru, underwent a scan.
